Whether you’re building a new pond, renovating an existing water feature, or exploring ideas for your backyard, or simply looking for expert guidance, Our On-Site Water Garden Consultation allows us to evaluate your pond, answer your questions, and provide personalized professional recommendations tailored to your property and goals.

During our visit we will:

• Evaluate your water garden or proposed pond location
• Discuss your goals and budget
• Review filtration, circulation, and plant opportunities
• Identify potential challenges before they become costly mistakes
• Provide professional recommendations and next steps

Unlike a free estimate, this visit is focused on education, planning, and professional recommendations tailored specifically to your property. Should you move forward with a Pond Guys clean-out, renovation, or new pond installation, the full assessment fee is credited toward your project.

Pond Guys Water Gardens offers two professional pond maintenance plans exclusive to our community members of Windsor-Essex County & Chatham Kent to keep your pond looking its best throughout the seasons.

Bi-weekly maintenance

(May-October) approx. 12 visits. [1800.00+HST]
+ Fall shutdown
+ Winter maintenance (December-February) as needed, approx. 3 visits.
+ Automatic Dosing system + Replacement pouches, as needed. ($300+value)
+ Additional Aquascape standard water treatments utilized, as needed. ($50+value)
+ IonGen System + IonGen probe replacement, as needed. ($700+value)

Weekly maintenance

(May-October) approx. 24 visits [3400.00+HST]
+ Fall shutdown
+ Winter maintenance (December-February) as needed, approx. 3 visits.
+ Automatic Dosing system + Replacement pouches, as needed. ($300+value)
+ Additional Aquascape standard water treatments utilized, as needed. ($50+value)
+ IonGen System + IonGen probe replacement, as needed. ($700+value)

Please note: All maintenance packages must be purchased along with a Spring Clean-out for us to maintain your pond effectively. **Spring Clean-out prices are based on the size of pond.
